Dr. Lida Rafia is the heart and mind behind Veer Insight. With a deep-seated commitment to social justice and a background in educational leadership, she's dedicated her career to helping organizations grow stronger and more inclusive. Dr. Rafia’s expertise, drawn from over 15 years in various teaching and administrative roles, is enriched by her own life experiences, growing up in Tehran and finding home across different cultures.

At Veer Insight, Dr. Rafia blends her knowledge with a personal touch, guiding teams through changes with a focus on diversity and inclusion. Her approach is all about understanding people: she listens, learns, and then leads with tailored strategies that make sense for each unique situation. Whether it’s through workshops, one-on-one coaching, or comprehensive planning, her goal is always clear – to help create a workplace where everyone feels welcome and valued.
